When I joined the ITLC, it was a small company that held two conferences each year. Together, the two founders and I have grown the company, which now hosts five annual Lilly Conferences on Evidence-Based Teaching and Learning, several intensive faculty workshops (Lilly Institutes), online workshops, and a biweekly blog with over 20,000 readers. As a senior director, I was responsible for coordinating all five Lilly Conferences and developing and maintaining all branding and communications. My roles included:
